Barol is a premium lubricant brand manufactured by VANOL FZE — a fully automated blending plant in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. We combine German processing technology with Italian filling lines to deliver OEM-grade engine oils, industrial lubricants and specialty fluids to over 40 countries.

From a single blending line to 40+ countries.

Barol was founded on a simple conviction: the Middle East deserved a lubricant brand built to international quality standards — engineered, blended and packaged entirely in the region.

From day one, VANOL FZE invested in German-engineered processing equipment, Italian high-precision filling lines, and a fully equipped QA laboratory inside Jebel Ali Free Zone — the world's largest free economic zone and one of the most strategically located industrial hubs on the planet.

Today, Barol products serve passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, industrial plants, marine engines and oilfield operations across the GCC, Africa, South Asia, Central Asia and Southeast Asia — all manufactured under one roof, with full traceability from raw material to filled bottle.

2018
VANOL FZE established
Licensed in Jebel Ali Free Zone with a vision to build the first fully automated lubricant plant in the UAE.
2020
Production line live
German blending equipment and Italian filling lines commissioned. First Barol-branded batches roll off the production line.

Located meters from Jebel Ali Port — one of the world's busiest deep-sea container ports — our plant is built for precision, scale and export speed.

German Process Lines

Fully automated blending equipment with precision dosing, in-line mixing and recipe-controlled batch production.

Italian Filling Lines

High-accuracy bottle filling from 1L retail packs through 5L, 20L pails, 208L drums and 1000L IBC containers.

In-House QC Lab

ISO/IEC 17025-aligned testing — viscometry, oxidation, wear performance and additive integrity on every batch.

Port-Linked Logistics

Direct truck access to Jebel Ali Port. Full export documentation — COA, MSDS, certificate of origin — on every shipment.
