Welcome to VANOL FZE. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of our lubricant oil products. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with these terms. 

 Product Use

  • Our lubricant oil is intended for use in automotive, industrial, and machinery applications as specified on the product label.
  • Users must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations for proper use and application.
  • Misuse or improper application of the product may result in damage to equipment or machinery, for which VANOL FZE is not liable

Warranty and Liability

  • VANOL FZE warrants that the lubricant oil meets the specifications stated on the product label at the time of sale.
  • The warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at VANOL FZE’s discretion.
  • VANOL FZE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Safety and Handling

  • Users must adhere to all safety instructions provided on the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
  • Proper storage and handling procedures must be followed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the product.
  • In case of accidental ingestion, inhalation, or contact with skin or eyes, seek immediate medical attention.

 Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of VANOL FZE.

 Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of VANOL FZE.
  • Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of UAE

Amendments

  • VANOL FZE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes via our website or email.
